*The 3 Days, 3 Nights, 2 Sabbaths: Yeshua Our Firstfruits*
*In my voice — no pagan names, no Roman timelines*
---
*Forget “Good Friday.” Forget “Easter Sunday.” Both are lies.*
*Yeshua gave us the timeline Himself: _“Three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.”_ Matt 12:40*
*Not 1.5 days. Not “part of a day counts.” Three days. Three nights. Count them.*
*And there were two Sabbaths that week. Miss that, you miss everything.*
### *1. The Day He Died — Nisan 14, Passover, Wednesday*
*Preparation Day. The lambs killed “between evenings.” Ex 12:6*
*Yeshua crucified ∼9am. Mark 15:25*
*Darkness 12pm-3pm. He dies ∼3pm. Mark 15:33-34*
*Joseph begs the body. Hurries. Why?*
*John 19:31*: _“Because it was Preparation Day, so the bodies would not remain on the cross on the Sabbath — for that Sabbath was a HIGH DAY.”_
*High Day = Annual Sabbath. First Day of Unleavened Bread. Nisan 15. Lev 23:6-7*
*They put Yeshua in the tomb Wednesday before sunset.*
*Luke 23:54*: _“It was Preparation Day, and the Sabbath was drawing on.”_
*Sunset Wednesday = Nisan 15 begins = High Sabbath begins.*
### *2. Night 1 + Day 1 — High Sabbath*
*Wednesday evening to Thursday evening: Nisan 15*
*The women rested for Sabbath. Luke 23:56*: _“They rested on the Sabbath according to the commandment.”_
*That was Thursday. Annual Sabbath. No work. No spices. No tomb visit.*
*Night 1*: Wed sunset → Thu sunrise
*Day 1*: Thu sunrise → Thu sunset
### *3. The Day They Bought Spices — Friday*
*Mark 16:1*: _“When the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, Mary mother of James, and Salome bought spices, so that they might go and anoint Him.”_
*What Sabbath? The High Sabbath Thursday.*
*Friday was a work day. Nisan 16. They bought spices and prepared them. Luke 23:56*
*But they couldn’t go to the tomb yet. Why?*
### *4. Night 2 + Day 2 + Night 3 + Day 3 — Weekly Sabbath*
*Friday evening to Saturday evening: Nisan 17*
*Weekly Sabbath. Second Sabbath of the week.*
*The women rested again. Luke 23:56*: _“And on the Sabbath they rested according to the commandment.”_
*Night 2*: Thu sunset → Fri sunrise
*Day 2*: Fri sunrise → Fri sunset
*Night 3*: Fri sunset → Sat sunrise
*Day 3*: Sat sunrise → Sat sunset
*Three days. Three nights. Exactly 72 hours. Wed sunset to Sat sunset.*
*Yeshua rose Saturday late afternoon. Between evenings. Still Sabbath. Still Nisan 17. Still “third day.” Matt 16:21*
*If the sun had completely set, it would still be Saturday evening to us, yet First Day of the Week to them. Nisan 18 begins.*
### *5. Firstfruits — Why He Said “Don’t Touch Me”*
*Sunday morning, still dark. John 20:1*
*Mary finds the tomb empty. Runs to tell Peter and John.*
*She comes back. Yeshua appears.*
*John 20:17*: _“Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father.”_
*Why couldn’t she touch Him? Because He was the Firstfruits.*
*Lev 23:10-11*: _“On the day after the Sabbath the priest shall wave the sheaf of firstfruits before Yehowah.”_
*Nisan 18. Sunday. Firstfruits. The Yachid ܝܚܝܕܝܐ had to be presented before the Father first, unblemished, undefiled.*
*He is our Firstfruits. 1 Cor 15:20*: _“Messiah has been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep.”_
*The High Priest couldn’t be touched before the wave offering. Yeshua is our High Priest. Heb 4:14*
*But He made it back quickly. Same morning.*
*Matthew 28:9*: _“And behold, Yeshua met them and said, ‘Greetings!’ And they came up and took hold of His feet and worshiped Him.”_
*Now they could touch Him. Now they could cling. The Firstfruits had been waved. The Father accepted Him.*
*The Yachid was back, and now the Yachidim could come.*
### *6. Why “Easter” Is Garbage*
*Acts 12:4 KJV*: _“intending after Easter”_
*Greek*: *μετὰ τὸ πάσχα* _“after the Passover”_
*29 other times KJV says “Passover.” They knew better. They left one pagan name in, and we’ve choked on it 400 years.*
*Easter is Ēostre. Germanic fertility goddess. Eggs. Bunnies. Nothing to do with resurrection.*
*The event is Passover. The day He rose is Firstfruits. Yom HaBikkurim.*
*Christians are clueless because Nicaea 325 AD cut us off from Passover to avoid “Judaizing.”*
*We got “Good Friday” — broke Matt 12:40.*
*We got “Easter Sunday” — lost Firstfruits.*
*We got eggs — kept fertility rituals.*
*Throw it all out.*
### *7. The Timeline That Fits Scripture*
**Hebrew Day** **Our Day** **Event** **Count**
**Nisan 14** **Wed day** **Passover. Crucified. Buried before sunset**
**Nisan 15** **Wed eve-Thu** **High Sabbath. Women rest** **Night 1 + Day 1**
**Nisan 16** **Thu eve-Fri** **Work day. Women buy/prep spices** **Night 2 + Day 2**
**Nisan 17** **Fri eve-Sat** **Weekly Sabbath. Women rest. Yeshua rises late Sat** **Night 3 + Day 3**
**Nisan 18** **Sat eve-Sun** **Firstfruits. Tomb found empty. He ascends, returns**
*Two Sabbaths: Annual Thursday, Weekly Saturday. Mark 16:1 proves it.*
*Three days, three nights: Wed sunset to Sat sunset. Matt 12:40 fulfilled.*
*Resurrection: Saturday late, between evenings. Still “third day.”*
*Firstfruits: Sunday morning presentation. John 20:17 → Matt 28:9*
### *Bottom Line*
*Stop saying “Easter.” It’s Passover.*
*Stop saying “Good Friday.” He died Wednesday.*
*Stop saying “Easter Sunday.” He rose Saturday, was waved Sunday as Firstfruits.*
*Psalm 2:7*: _“Today I have begotten You”_ — *That ‘today’ was Nisan 17, late Sabbath.*
*Psalm 68:6 Peshitta*: _“God sets the Only-Child ܝܚܝܕܝܐ in the House”_ — *That House walked out of the grave.*
*Acts 13:33*: *Paul quotes Psalm 2:7 for resurrection, not Christmas.*
*The Yachid died as our Passover Lamb.*
*The Yachid rested 3 days 3 nights.*
*The Yachid rose as Firstfruits.*
*The Yachid became Yachidim.*
*No bunny. No eggs. No Ēostre.*
*Just Yeshua. Just Passover. Just Firstfruits. Just resurrection.*
*Exactly like He said.*
Here's a rewritten and tightened version of the blog post draft I gave you earlier. I've kept all the key layers intact but woven in גדי (the young goat/kid = 17) prominently—pairing it beautifully with עגלים (calves/circles = 153) as the two bracketing springs in Ezekiel's vision. This makes the symmetry even clearer and stronger. The Hidden Geometry of 153: Fish, Sons of God, and Two Young AnimalsJohn 21 tells of a night of empty nets turned into an overwhelming catch: exactly 153 large fish, hauled in on the right side, the net miraculously unbroken. Why 153? For centuries this number has intrigued readers. It is no random detail. Layer by layer, Scripture reveals a stunning web of mathematics, gematria, and wordplay—all pointing to resurrection, cleansing, and the great end-time harvest of souls.1. 153 = The 17th Triangular Number153 is the sum of every integer from 1 to 17:1 + 2 + … + 17 = 153This makes it a perfect triangular number—one that forms an equilateral triang...
