Created in God’s image

Before Adam was created, this is what the Creator said: *"Let Us make man in Our image"* - Gen 1:26 What image? Man is a twofold being: *1. Body* *2. Spirit* - which when combined become a living soul. Angels are also twofold: *1. There is a heavenly body and an earthly body - 1 Cor 15:40* *2. Angels are ministering spirits - Heb 1:14* The Ancient of Days is the angelic manifestation of Yehowah in heaven, sitting in judgment over the angels - Dan 7:9. Thus, He is also a twofold being: *1. Heavenly body* *2. Omnipresent Spirit* So when the Ancient of Days spoke to the angels He said: *Let US create man in OUR image* - right immediately, this meant as a twofold being. Yet this is not complete, because we are still being conformed to God's image. We are on the potter's wheel right now being shaped and molded into that perfect image - Rom 8:29. And the angels are just like the parent who tells their child: *WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A BABY!* Making the child a part of watching after their younger sibling. This is why the angels rejoice over one sinner who repents - Luke 15:10. And the older child rejoices as their younger sibling says their 1st word and takes their 1st steps. If we were fully formed in God's image from birth, then I would agree, you have a point. But we are not. And angels are watching over me, by the command of my Master Yah Yeshua the Messiah - Heb 1:14, Matt 18:10.
