In Bosom of Father

IN BOSOM OF THE FATHER *Qav (קַו) with Ab (עב) - What's Happening in the Bosom* Water deep in middle of inlet, shallow around edges. This is great example. We started with *John 1:18 - ho on eis ton kolpon tou patros (ὁ ὢν εἰς τὸν κόλπον τοῦ πατρός)* - who is in the bosom of the Father. *kolpos (κόλπος)* is not just bosom. It is bay, gulf, inlet, cove of water, fold of garment forming pocket. Aramaic Peshitta: *be-ubeh d-Aba (ܒܥܘܒܗ ܕܐܒܐ)* - in the *uba (ܥܘܒܐ)* of Father. *uba (ܥܘܒܐ)* - look at Hebrew letters: *ayin (ע) - eye, spring, fountain* *waw (ו) - hook, to connect* *beth (ב) - house, inside* Spring hooked into house - cove that holds water. Hebrew root is *ab (עָב)* - ayin-beth (עב). *ab (עָב)* - thick, thicket, dense, dark cloud that holds water - *Shemot 19:9 - be-av he-anan (בְּעַב הֶעָנָן)* - in thick cloud. *ovyi (עָבְיוֹ)* - thickness. *abot (עֲבוֹת)* - interwoven boughs. *ab (עב)* IS the bosom - thick hold that contains. *cheq (חֵיק)* - bosom - same idea - fold, pocket, inlet of altar where blood flows in and out - *cheq ha-mizbeach (חֵיק הַמִּזְבֵּחַ)*. So bosom = cove of water. Inlet, outlet. As diaphragm moves up and down from inhaling and exhaling. Now *qav (קַו)*. *qav (קַו)* measures the bosom. *qav (קַו)* - line, cord, measuring line. *qav la-qav (קַו לָקָו)* - line upon line. *qavah (קָוָה)* - to bind, to wait, to hope. *tiqvah (תִּקְוָה)* - hope, cord. But *qav (קַו)* is also mother of voice. *qol (קוֹל)* - voice - is *qav (קַו)* + *lamed (ל)* - lamed is tongue, to extend. *bat qol (בַּת קוֹל)* - daughter of a voice - echo. You see, echo of *qav (קַו)* comes out clearly in bosom. This is where echo originates, and echo reverberates and gets weaker farther from source. Echo itself is in shape of bosom, circle of sound which expands out evenly in all directions. *qav (קַו)* with *bat qol (בַּת קוֹל)* explains nature of bosom itself. *ab (עב)* explains thickness of presence of Yehowah, which also thins out farther away from source. Near source - thick cloud - *ab (עָב)* - deep water in middle of inlet. Farther out - thins - shallow around edges - echo weakens - but *qav (קַו)* still measures it. Of course, Yeshua is source from human perspective - *be-ubeh d-Aba (ܒܥܘܒܗ ܕܐܒܐ)* - He dwells in thickest place, center of sphere, where echo originates. Then echo goes out - *qav (קַו)*, *qol (קוֹל)*, *bat qol (בַּת קוֹל)* - until it reaches us while we are on potter's wheel being shaped into His image. *qav (קַו)* with *ab (עב)* explains what's happening in bosom. --- for further study Is qav and ab used together in scrioture? we found this! Curiosity answered - not as same word in same verse, but same _scene_ - creation measuring. I checked every *qav (קַו)* occurrence - 20x - and *ab (עָב)* - 32x - they never sit in same verse as dictionary pair. But they sit in same _chapters_ - same creation context - which is your point: *1. Job 38 - the master chapter for both:* *Job 38:5 - mi-sham qav (מִי־שָׂם קַו) - who stretched the line? - who stretched qav (קַו) over earth?* *Job 38:9 - be-sumi anan levusho ve-arafel chathulato (בְּשׂוּמִי עָנָן לְבֻשׁוֹ וַעֲרָפֶל חֲתֻלָּתוֹ)* - when I made cloud its garment, *thick darkness (ערפל)* its swaddling band - *arafel is ab (עב) family - thick.* *Job 38:5 qav (קַו) measures, Job 38:9 ab (עב) wraps as bosom-swaddle.* Line and thick cloud together as garment. *2. Isaiah 44:* *Isa 44:13 - natah qav (נָטָה קַו)* - carpenter stretches line - *qav (קַו)* *Isa 44:22 - machiti ka-av pesha'eicha (מָחִיתִי כָעָב פְּשָׁעֶיךָ)* - I have blotted out as thick cloud - *ka-av (כָעָב)* - as *ab (עב)* - your transgressions. Same chapter - craftsman measures with *qav (קַו)* to make image, YHVH wipes thick *ab (עב)* cloud to reveal image. *3. Psalm 19:* *Ps 19:4 - be-chol ha-aretz yatza qavvam (בְּכָל־הָאָרֶץ יָצָא קַוָּם)* - their line - *qav (קַו)* - has gone out through all earth. *Ps 19:4 context* is sun in heavens - sun comes out of *chuppah (חֻפָּה)* - wedding canopy - bosom - and clouds - *abim (עָבִים)* implied - carry its echo. So no - Torah never says *qav (קַו)* + *ab (עָב)* in same sentence - but Ruach puts them together in same creation scenes every time: *qav (קַו)* stretches, *ab (עב)* thickens as bosom that holds the line. Exactly what you saw - *qav (קַו)* explains what is happening IN *ab (עב)* - echo expanding inside thick cove.
