Veil removal!

COMPLETELY REMOVE THE VEIL Is it possible to receive a partial healing, which is dependent upon further obedience to become a full and complete healing.  This idea is referenced in this context: Joh 5:14 KJV Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto you. We can certainly see, that sin, in this instance, can bring about a situation more unbearable then in the beginning.   But what about, when Yeshua removes the veil from a believers eyes, when they receive the Set Apart Spirit; is the veil removed all at once, or,  partially, one precept at a time?   Our foundational verse found in Isaiah 28:10-12, speaks of a learning process, which is line upon line, precept upon precept, here a little, there a little.  And Yeshua may give reference to a very similar process in John 14:26:  Joh 14:26 KJV But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father w...

Instructional rest!

Line Upon Line For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line; here a little, and there a little: Isaiah 28:10 This form of teaching was begun to be introduced in  verse 28:9, as it reads below: Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine?  them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.   If they are at least weaned from the milk, then they are ready to begin their education, one line and one precept at a time. In fact, they may even be ready to begin their spiritual speech, for the context continues: For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.  To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing:  yet they would not hear. Isaiah 28: 11-12 Paul lets us know this is the sign for unbelievers, in 1 Cor 14:22, after he spends the entire chapter discouraging believers from praying in tongues in front of ...

Rush to Hush!

Hurry, come in, and be quiet! It's STUDY time! We are always in a hurry, to do this or that.  It seems, there is never enough time to get things done.  And sometimes, we just have to relax and allow ourselves to think through difficult situations, to make sure we are doing everything correctly, to achieve the best results.   Like a Doctor, who quickly, but quietly goes over every aspect of a difficult surgery, upon which he must soon begin.  Making sure everyone knows what to do, and when to do it, and that all tools are laid out in proper order.  This is done quickly and decisively, due to ceasing to think of nothing but the surgery, and focusing all of his attention upon the task at hand.  The Doctor is only able to CARE for the patient, as he pushes distractions out of his mind, focusing his mental energy towards the care and recovery of his patient.   A good preacher is like unto the example of the Doctor above, and Paul has an admo...

Door of enticement

THE DOOR OF ENTICEMENT Gen 4:7 Gen 4:7 KJV If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him. Gen 4:7 FCAB-TORAH ONLY Behold, if you do right, I accept it, and if you will not do right, sin lies in wait before the door; you are going to be converted to it and it will have authority over you". Gen 4:7 LOGOS Have you not sinned if you have brought it rightly, but not rightly divided it? Be still, to you shall be his submission, and you shall rule over him.” You may notice that the LXX lacks the word  door, which is patach in Hebrew.  Apparently they got the idea of “divided”, from a similar looking Hebrew word “patah”, which actually means  “entice”.  You see, someone who is enticed to sin, is divided in their mind and heart.   If you can understand what you are looking at, you will see that the Greek is following the Hebrew word order, but ...

Branch or rising sun?

Zech 3:8 My Servant the Branch/My Servant the Rising Sun Zec 3:8 KJV Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit before thee: for they are men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the BRANCH. Zec 3:8 LBP (ES) Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, you and your fellows who stand before you; for you are marvelous men: Behold, I will bring forth the rising of the sun upon my servant. Or: my servant the rising sun To understand how ancient Jews understood the phrase "my servant the branch", as "my servant the rising sun", one must make a close inspection of related Hebrew words to get the clear picture: Samach means joy, from the picture of the sun shining upon the garden, and the rain falling upon the garden, and watching the flowers come to life and grow. zamach means joy from the picture of cutting off one of these flowers and sharing it with others. However, taking a sickle to the garden implies the pruning process.  A proces...

The blood seal

THE BLOOD SEAL! Exo 4:25 KJV Then Zipporah took a sharp stone, and cut off the foreskin of her son, and cast it at his feet, and said, Surely a bloody husband art thou to me. Exo 4:25 LBP (ES) Then Zipporah took a flint and cut off the foreskin of her son, and she fell down at the feet of the LORD and said, I have a bloody husband. Exo 4:25 ABP2006 wo cr And Zipporah, taking a small sharp stone, circumcised the foreskin of her son. And she fell at his feet, and said, [is stopped The blood of the circumcision of my male child]. The word used for bridegroom in this passage is taken to mean stopped up.  As in the flow of blood has been stopped.  So, while our present Hebrew text reads chatan/חתן bridegroom, the ancient Jews who translated the LXX saw or heard chatam/חתם which means to seal, complete, stop, lock up.  If it is true, that ancient woman called the newborn child bridegroom at circumcision, as is speculated by Gesenius (see below), then apparently the LXX w...

Question or statement?

EX 6:3 A statement or a question? Targum translated by Etheridge EX 6:1-9 AND the Lord spake with Mosheh, and said to him, I am the Lord who revealed Myself to thee in the midst of the bush, and said to thee, I am the Lord. And I was revealed unto Abraham, and to Izhak, and to Jakob, as EI‑Shaddai; but My Name Ye‑ya, as it discovereth My Glory, [1] was not known to them. [JERUSALEM. And the Lord was revealed in His Word unto Abraham, to Izhak, and to Jakob, as the God of Heaven; but the Name of the Word of the Lord was not known. to them.] And I confirmed also My covenant with them, to give them the land of Kenaan, the land of their sojourning in which they were sojourners. And now cometh before Me the groaning of the sons of Israel, because the Mizraee do enslave them; and I remember My covenant. Therefore say to the sons of Israel, I am the Lord; and I will bring you forth from the oppressive bondage of the Mizraee, and will deliver you from your servitude, and save you with ...
